Encode geometry into the H3 index to perform high-speed spatial aggregation and joins without heavy geometry payloads. Use this skill whenever the user mentions h3, hexagonal grid, spatial aggregation, uber h3, grid index, binning, resolution level, or is working with H3, Snowflake, BigQuery, even if they never say "h3 hexagonal grid aggregation" explicitly.
