Use this skill whenever the user mentions context compaction, conversation summarization, history trimming, memory pruning, token budget, session memory, recall degradation, or is working with Claude Code, LangGraph, Redis, even if they never say "context compaction" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Memory-Management-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
