Use when the user wants to know whether tests actually test anything, or to strengthen weak assertions — "are these tests any good", "run mutation testing", "kill the surviving mutants", "coverage is high but I don't trust it". Uses Nimbus's mutation testing (Pro) to find code that's executed-but-not-asserted, then strengthens the tests so the mutants die. Coverage says a line ran; mutation says it was checked.
