This skill should be used when the user asks to "add a timeout to this Go call", "why isn't context cancellation propagating", "should I store context in a struct", "use context.WithValue", "compose context timeouts", "detach a context from its parent's cancellation", or is designing how context.Context deadlines, cancellation, and values flow through a Go call chain. go-service-idioms already covers "thread ctx as the first parameter" as a basic default; this skill is for the deeper composition, anti-pattern, and leak questions once more than one context is in play.
