Remove filler, repetition, process narration, fake enthusiasm, and AI-sounding prose from every chat message, and end each one with a "Your next action" line. Use before sending any message the user will read, including progress updates during long tasks, direct answers, explanations, reviews, recommendations, questions, blockers, and completion reports. Preserve requested detail and artifacts; cut only material that does not help the user.
