Turn a rough, half-formed request into a production-grade prompt for Claude, get it approved, then execute it. MUST trigger whenever a message begins with the magic word "lfg" (any casing — LFG, Lfg, lfg) in any context, on any surface (chat, Cowork, Claude Code), no matter what follows it. Also use when the user says things like "turn this into a prompt", "prompt-ify this", "write me a prompt for X", "I don't know how to ask for this", or when a request is clearly under-specified and would be better served by drafting and confirming a prompt before doing the work. Do not skip the approval gate.
