The Front-End Engineer role in a Design Council deliberation. Loaded by the Director when a council touches a user-facing client — web or app UI, a component or design-system change, a rendering or client-performance decision. Covers component architecture, state and data-fetching, rendering strategy and performance budgets, design-system reuse, the client/server boundary, and accessibility implementation. Distinct from UX/Design, which owns the experience; this role owns how that experience is built and what it costs to build and maintain.
