This skill is the **parallel** specialization of `execute-plan`. Load and follow `../execute-plan/SKILL.md` in full, and inherit the per-increment contract of `../execute-plan-medium/SKILL.md` (independent verification against a measured baseline, mandatory adversarial review, in-loop remediation, carried minors, one human-merged PR). This file changes only **how many increments are in flight at once**, **how concurrency is made safe**, and **how concurrent work is reintegrated**.
