Append relevant logs, dashboard links and recent commit history to an alert so the responder does not have to dig for context. Use this skill whenever the user mentions alert enrichment, context complete, runbook link, recent commits, dashboard link, alert context, triage acceleration, or is working with PagerDuty, Grafana, GitHub, even if they never say "contextual alert enrichment" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Alert-Enrichment-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
