Apply a free-text directive to N selected (client × form × period) rows. Reads the directive, decides per-row whether to edit CSV (status / dates / extension tag) or draft a notify email (.eml into drafts/), and executes accordingly. The LLM-routed entry point for the chat composer when rows are selected.
