Takes a body of expertise the fellow already holds — an SOP, a field manual, a scoring rubric, a transcript of an expert talking through past calls, a stream of operator corrections, or a completed tacit-knowledge capture — and runs one test on every piece of it: could a competent stranger execute this from the written words alone, with no judgment, and get the expert's result?
