Self-contained IoT hub in the Python stdlib: a TCP JSON pub/sub broker (MQTT-style topic tree with retain flags), a device simulator streaming telemetry, a subscription client, and a threshold rule engine writing alerts + a CSV dashboard feed. Runs entirely on 127.0.0.1 with zero broker installs and zero MCP.
