Wrap up a working session — audit the project's own docs (README, PRDs, specs, architecture notes, CHANGELOG) for anything this session built, changed, or decided, update whatever is stale, then write a dated handoff file under docs/session-handoffs/ that links to those docs instead of duplicating them, with priority-tagged open items and carried-over items from the previous handoff.
