Use when starting feature work that needs isolation from the current workspace, or before executing a plan (lean-sdd setup). Detects existing isolation first, prefers the platform's native worktree tool (e.g. EnterWorktree), and only then falls back to a project-local git worktree verified gitignored before creation.
