Audit and improve the Claude Code Usage Report pipeline end-to-end — collection, CSV schema, aggregation, report/visualizations. Produces a prioritized roadmap; implements chosen items by editing claude-code-usage-report's stats.mjs. Read-only until approved. Node stdlib only, runs locally.
