The canonical LFX review lifecycle and the single source of truth for it — Pre-PR local review on three background Claude Opus 5 reviewers in two modes (post-commit while work continues, then one full-branch review before the PR), and Post-PR iteration on the configured GitHub review bots. Load and follow this skill in an adopting LFX repo after every pre-PR commit, when preparing to open a PR, and when working PR review threads. Pre-PR local review produces local author-side evidence and writes no GitHub state; Post-PR follows the configured GitHub review/thread workflow; neither phase merges.
