Chess video post-mortem: storyboard, narrate, package

Produce a narrated video post-mortem of an analyzed chess game (stage 3), plus an interactive HTML viewer of the full annotations. Builds on the chess-analysis skill's outputs (annotated PGN + eval sweep) — runs that skill first if they don't exist. The video shows the whole game move by move with commentary arrows, a vertical eval gauge, a running move list, piper TTS narration and burned-in subtitles, and stops once on the game's quiet turning point to lay out both sides' strategic plans; the HTML page lets the user click through every move and engine line.
