Build From Spec

Use this skill when the user wants to implement a specification end-to-end against the live repo. Trigger on phrases like "build it", "implement this spec", "go through the acceptance criteria", "run the build", "execute the spec". Consumes any spec from `SPECIFICATIONS/NOT_YET_IMPLEMENTED/` that carries an `ACCEPTANCE_CRITERIA` section — detailed (project|feature) or MVP (project|feature). Runs a sequential criterion-by-criterion loop, committing per criterion on success and rolling back via `git reset` on failed attempts.
