Use when starting a campaign vault, filling or revising the campaign profile, or establishing the conventions of a repo that grew without them. Does not run session zero or write player dossiers (see ttrpg-table-dossier), write session prep (see ttrpg-session-prep), or chase drift and dangling threads (see ttrpg-continuity-audit).
