The mid-weight PDD pipeline for well-specified work. Skips honing and architecture (no Rex Q&A, no Aria) but keeps FR/NFR traceability and the coverage gate. You write mini-requirements with the Orchestrator, Alex plans, then /bgpdd-build executes. Use when the spec is already known (e.g. applying an established pattern or contract) and full /bgpdd-plan would be overkill.
