Codex Consult

Ask an outside model (Codex CLI) for a position on a question or decision — advice in, advice out, no diff or file target required. One Codex call at defaults: state your own prior, get the external position, reconcile, and deliver a recommendation in chat. Use for one-off questions ("is X a sane default?", "which tradeoff fits these constraints?", "am I missing an angle on Z?") where an independent outside take beats another pass of your own reasoning. Use only after gathering any current facts or candidate evidence the judgment needs.
