Author, critique, or repair a Claude Code `/goal` completion condition — the autonomous loop where Claude keeps working across turns until a condition is met. Use this whenever the user wants to set a goal, "let Claude run until X is done", write or fix a `/goal` condition, run a long autonomous task with a verifiable end state, or asks why their goal isn't completing (or is completing too early). Trigger even if the user doesn't say the word "goal" — e.g. "keep going until all tests pass without me approving each step", "make Claude finish this migration on its own", "have it loop until the build is clean". Produces a ready-to-paste `/goal ...` line, not prose.
