`motion-design-skill` governs how to animate one element. `hyperframes-animation`'s blueprints govern what a proven shot looks like. Neither governs the *order of operations* for a whole project - and skipping that order is what produced a build that passed every technical check and still needed a from-scratch rebuild once a human actually looked at it (`hyperframes-systo-stats`, first attempt: four visually identical scenes, a decorative field with no reason to be there, zero variation in weight or pacing - "kinda bad," correctly).
