Use this skill whenever a user asks an Agent to design, redesign, prototype, or substantially extend a screen, flow, dashboard, app, website, or agentic experience—not merely to author foundation documents. Do not use it to deploy, ship, or rewrite production systems unless the user separately authorizes those actions.
