Reviewing a Bitbucket pull request

Review a Bitbucket pull request in any repository end to end - fetch it, pin a checkout of its head commit, run the parallel diff pass and the claim-verification pass, write the full report to docs/reviews/, and post one self-contained summary comment once the user approves it. Reads and comments only: it never pushes, never merges, and never edits the pull request branch.
