Use when targeting 《宏观质量研究》(Journal of Macro-quality Research — 教育部主管、武汉大学主办、武大质量发展战略研究院编辑出版的 CSSCI 期刊) or deciding whether a Chinese social-science/econ/management manuscript fits this journal. Applies the journal's quality-economics framing, house-style, official-submission-check (hgzlyj.whu.edu.cn), and desk-reject heuristics.
