Define and validate product problems before jumping to solutions. Use this skill whenever the user needs to frame a problem, says 'define the problem', 'problem statement', '问题定义', '真问题', '伪需求', 'is this a real problem', or starts discussing a feature without articulating why. Also trigger when the user says 'we need X' or 'users want Y' — help them validate the underlying problem first. This is the first step in the PM workflow before any PRD or prototype work.
