Driving SWANLOP

Drive SWANLOP, the nonlocal-optical-potential nucleon elastic scattering code of H.F. Arellano and G. Blanchon (Comput. Phys. Commun. 259, 107543 (2021); GPL, Mendeley Data 10.17632/89gw9jdfv4.1). Compute scattering waves and elastic observables for a neutron or proton off a spin-zero nucleus (A>=4, up to ~1.1 GeV) with a local or nonlocal optical potential plus long-range Coulomb: differential cross section dsigma/dOmega, dsigma/dt, analyzing power Ay, spin rotation Q, ratio to Rutherford, and the integrated reaction cross section.
