Externalizes ASP.NET Core session state to Amazon ElastiCache (Valkey or Redis). Modifies the application to use a distributed cache for session storage, optionally generates IaC (CloudFormation or CDK) to provision a new ElastiCache cluster, and produces a summary guide. NOT for output caching, response caching, or applications that don't use ASP.NET session state.
