Pre-PR review

The LFX pre-PR review lifecycle, in one place: exactly one local review round of the whole branch before a pull request is opened — independent background reviewers in parallel (general code review, security review, and the repo's knowledge-base review where the repo has one), then all accepted findings in exactly one fix commit. Load this when a repo's CLAUDE.md `## Pre-PR review` section tells you to, when the implementation is complete and committed and you are about to open a PR.
