Single-cell viewer

Render an interactive, self-contained single-cell viewer from the AnnData in the current session — as a live HTML artifact. It is artifact-driven: it inspects what the pipeline left on the object and offers only the views the data supports — Scatter over any embedding (obsm: UMAP, t-SNE, PCA…) coloured by any categorical (cell_type, compartment, leiden…), any numeric metric (UMI, genes, mito %…), or a gene's expression; Distribution (violins of a metric across groups); and Markers (a dotplot of rank_genes_groups DE results).
