Enforce hard limits on CPU, resident memory and execution time to prevent resource exhaustion. Use this skill whenever the user mentions resource quota, cpu limit, memory limit, rss cap, execution timeout, cgroup, oom, or is working with cgroups, Kubernetes, Docker, even if they never say "resource quota enforcement" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Secure-Execution-Gateway endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
