Assign Requiem perks to an NPC via houseCARL — derive the source-carried perk set from the actor's gear, spell kit, and tier against Requiem's template ladders, write it as rank-chain PerkPlacements, and disposition a mod's own PERK records, including custom perks that clash with a Requiem crafting or perk gate. Never hand-place Reqtificator-stamped perks — load before writing any Perks list.
