Reusable bug-bounty writeup / CVE ingestion pipeline for the BB-OS skill library. Converts 2024-2026 disclosed reports, CVEs, and vendor advisories into additive, cited, deduped skill sections. Use at the start of a fresh campaign when the threat landscape for a class may have changed, after a big ecosystem event (Keycloak/Spring/DOMPurify advisory wave), or whenever a fellow hunter posts a writeup for a class you work. Complements the one-shot enrichment sprints by making ingestion repeatable.
