Add a source to the user's Obsidian wiki — a paper, article, URL, file, transcript, or session note. The wiki is Claude's compiled long-term memory; ingesting sources makes knowledge persistently accessible across sessions without re-reading raw material. Use this skill whenever the user shares a URL or article, adds new notes to Research/ or Sessions/, says "add this to the wiki", or wants to save information for future sessions. Even casual "save this" or link-sharing triggers this skill.
