Create a single Jira Story from a local story markdown file (as produced by create-story) via the Atlassian Rovo MCP. Resolves the parent epic from the invocation, the linked epic file, or an interactive prompt; resolves site and project; maps the story's metadata to schema-valid Jira fields with graceful degradation; and requires an explicit preview confirmation before writing. Writes the created issue key + URL back into the file. Use when the user wants to inject/push/sync/create a story file into Jira, or runs /jira-inject-story with a story markdown path. Creates exactly one Story and does not decompose into sub-stories.
