Persistently orchestrate substantial, decomposable work through a recursive, cost-aware Plan → Delegate → Verify → Re-plan loop built on the Claude Code Agent tool. Once explicitly activated, keep the workflow active until the user's global objective is DONE, BLOCKED, or CANCELLED.
