Omelet Orchestrator

Operate, set up, or revise a repository's primary Omelet orchestration. Use when the user explicitly invokes Omelet for product or repository work, or asks to create, install, configure, or revise its workflow, policy, or configuration. An explicit Omelet prompt enforces multi-agent work for feature implementation and work likely to exceed 10 minutes. When Omelet is selected, route detailed refinement of one component, layout, composition, animation, website section, or similarly bounded visible surface through its single-surface workflow.
