and hunts the structural problems tests don't catch: data-safety hazards, race
conditions, trust-boundary violations, conditional side effects, test gaps, and
more. Fix-first posture — mechanical issues get fixed in place, genuinely
ambiguous ones get a question. Runs inline in a single context by default; the
specialist lenses (security, performance, testing, maintainability,
data-migration, api-contract, design) and the adversarial pass fan out to
