`/arise` does two things, in order. First it builds a **two-layer memory harness** that wakes Claude Code up for the project: curated knowledge (Karpathy wiki) plus verbatim recall (MemPalace) plus an awakening protocol. Then it layers the **project wiki structure** for your chosen mode on top of that foundation.
