Weave possible conversations from a session's accumulated context — take everything that has happened (every mood, thread, texture) and generate fragments of dialogues that might have been: snippets, counterfactual exchanges, the multiverse of what-could-have-been-said. Then extend one or two fragments into longer ping-pong exchanges.
