Close a shipped spec in one pass — diff it against shipped code (reconciliation report), decompose into wiki entries (decisions, comprehension, state.md updates), archive spec artifacts from TODO/ to DONE/, and prepend an entry to the wiki's newest-first log.md. Plane state gates full-close vs partial-close; --report-only writes just the report, --partial archives without wiki decomposition. Supersedes the former two-step reconcile/retire flow. Pair with /spec-cycle and /ship-spec for the full spec lifecycle.
