AST-based skill (java/openrewrite): Add a dependency only where a given type is actually used (with the correct scope inferred from main vs. test source sets), remove a dependency, swap one dependency's coordinates for another, or add a transitive-dependency exclusion — across every `pom.xml` in a multi-module build.
