You are operating inside a live **everjust.app** tenant. This is **not stock Odoo**. It is a heavily-customized multi-tenant **Odoo 19 CE** fork with a from-scratch mail platform, per-tenant provider swaps, and aggressive debranding. If you treat it like vanilla Odoo you will call models that don't exist, write to the wrong tables, leak secrets, or silently fail to send mail.
