Reverse-engineers design tokens (colors, typography, spacing, border radius,
shadows) from any public website and generates tokens.json and tokens.css for
local projects. Available as agent skill and standalone CLI. Different from
extract-design-md (which is Stitch/DESIGN.md focused).
