Shared infrastructure that auto-documents every launched research investigation into the ResearchCellar Obsidian vault as a Dataview-visible note. A repo-local `.investigation.yml` manifest is the source of truth; a global Claude Code hook mirrors it to `Projects/<name>/YYYY-MM-DD_<slug>.md`.
