Multi-objective tradeoff analysis by Pareto dominance. Finds the compounds that are not beaten on every property at once — the set of defensible choices — without requiring you to say how much potency a log unit of lipophilicity is worth. Assigns Pareto ranks by non-dominated sorting, computes NSGA-II crowding distance so you can pick a spread across the frontier, and reports which objectives genuinely conflict versus which are aligned or independent. Use for potency-versus-property tradeoffs in a dataset, and for triaging virtual libraries in forward design. For a single ranked score instead of a set use desirability-scoring.
