Trigger: check that this project's Kaggle accounts actually authenticate, take in new credentials left in kaggle-inbox/, or remove accounts. Two interactive options — validate or remove. A third command, `materialize`, exists for code rather than a human: it writes one worker's stored credential to a plain-text token file and prints back where, never what. Stdlib-only, no venv.
