Drive KSHELL, the large-scale nuclear shell-model code of N. Shimizu, T. Mizusaki, Y. Utsuno and Y. Tsunoda (Comput. Phys. Commun. 244, 372 (2019); thick-restart block Lanczos; arXiv:1310.5431). Solve the M-scheme shell-model eigenvalue problem for a nucleus in a chosen valence space and interaction: ground-state and low-lying excitation energies, spins/parities, isospins, orbit occupations, quadrupole moments, and (via the transit executable) E2/M1 transition strengths.
