Apple Combine framework for reactive programming - publishers, subscribers, operators, and error handling. Combine is the legacy reactive approach; for modern SwiftUI state management the default is the Observation framework (@Observable) - see swiftui-observation. Use Combine for existing codebases, custom publisher pipelines, and event streams.
